How to turn JPGs into one PDF

Combine photos, scans and receipts into a single PDF with pages in the right order.

Before you start

Photograph documents flat, in good light, and crop out the background if your phone camera allows it. A clean photo produces a cleaner PDF than any later processing can.

If some of your images are PNG, WebP, GIF or BMP rather than JPG, use Image to PDF instead — it accepts mixed formats in one document.

Step by step

Open JPG to PDF and add your images — up to 20 at a time, up to 25 MB each.

Arrange them with the arrows. Each image becomes one page, in the order shown.

Click Convert to PDF and download the file.

How the pages will look

Each page is sized to the image itself, and JPG data is embedded without re-compression, so the PDF looks exactly like your originals.

This makes it a good choice for receipts, ID scans and signed forms where legibility matters.

Meeting a size limit

Full-resolution phone photos produce large PDFs. If you need something smaller, either shrink the images first with Image Resizer, or compress the finished PDF with Compress PDF.
